There are many different styles of beer available worldwide.  Below are styles of beer
that commonly pass through The Grill Next Door.  If you would like to learn a little bit

India Pale Ales (IPAs) were
created in an attempt to
extend the life of beer
traveling over seas in the
1700s.  The high hopping
rate, and alcohol, allowed the
beer to last throughout the
long ocean journeys.  IPAs
are usually hoppy w/ a sweet
malt flavor, although English
versions tend to be more
bready than sweet. Big Hops!
ABV range is usually 5.5-8% and
IBUs range from 40-70+
