Dark American Lagers are
similar to Bocks, but lacks the
dark malt or malty flavoring.  
These beers are usually
brewed using syrups, which
provide the beer with it's dark
color.  Often, these added
syrups will bring out a
sweetness in the brew,
although it tends to be mild.  
These beers have little hop
bitterness.
ABV range is usually 3.6-5.4% and
IBUs usually 5-15
