Eisbocks have an interesting
method of increasing the
beer's body, flavor, and
alcohol levels.  These beers
are made by portions of the
water being frozen off and
removed from the brew.  This
leaves the more concentrated
brew which usually is very
malty and heavy.  They also
tend to have a strong alcohol
presence.
ABV range is usually 10-15.5%
and IBUs usually 20-40
